Refund policy
In accordance with UK consumer protection legislation, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they may cancel their booking. Cancellations made within this period will incur a 10% cancellation fee, which covers the administrative costs incurred by Clai.
If you wish to cancel your Bioresonance or Bio-Energetic scan after the cooling-off period, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the total cost. This fee is to cover administrative costs as well as expenses incurred by Hiti’s assistants, including the reservation of time in their diaries for services that were not rendered. This results in a loss of earnings for multiple parties as the time reserved cannot be allocated to other clients due to your cancellation.
Should a cancellation occur after your scan has been scheduled to take place, only store credits will be issued. Such cancellations impose significant financial strain and logistical challenges on both Clai and Hiti’s assistants. The time allocated for your scans and protocols cannot be reallocated to other clients, resulting in a considerable inconvenience on many levels.
Non-Refundable Remedies
Please note that remedies specifically formulated for you, including bespoke products and services, are non-refundable. As these remedies are custom made and require significant time and effort to create, they cannot be exchanged or refunded once provided.
Non-Refundable Food Items and Herbal Supplements
For health and safety reasons, food items and herbal supplements are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once they have been purchased.
Lifestyle Products
Lifestyle products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in a resealable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
