Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched From Spain to all countries within the UK and the United Kingdom.

Standard EU Shipping (3-7 Working Days)* - £10.00

Standard UK Shipping (5-10 Working days)* - £25.00

*Your order may arriver sooner/later than the indicated times, depending on customs and/or courier processing times.

All orders are shipping using UPS, FedEx, and Correos (who will transfer the parcel to a courier network local to your country of residence).

Clai are not responsible for customs/duty charged by the Customs control in your country of residence. 

Orders are dispatched twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. If you have ordered an item that has a delayed release date, your entire order shall be placed on hold until that product becomes available.
