These terms of use constitute a legally binding contract between yourselves or 'you' as the user and ourselves as 'us', 'our' 'we' or 'the company' Clai Naturals Ltd. Please read all terms of services carefully before using the site. By using the site, you agree to all terms and services stated.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

From time to time, there is a possibility that there will be changes to these terms. On the occasion that we do decide to make changes to our terms, you will be notified via various means; this may include either an email stating the changes, a notice published on the homepage of our site or an amendment/update of the date to indicate some changes have been made. Any amendments to the terms of service will be effective immediately as and when the amendments have been completed. If you continue to use the site once these changes have been made and published, it will be considered that you have confirmed your acceptance of such changes. If you do not accept the changes made to our terms, we urge you to immediately stop use of the site. 

QUALITY AND CARE

All items endure a rigorous quality check before they are dispatched. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to understand the ingredients/nature of the item you are purchasing, and abide by the usage and care guidelines for the care of your items and or service obtained. Clai Naturals is not liable for any damage incurred to an item after receipt of purchase, if incorrect care of the item has not been adhered to. Please ensure you thoroughly read and apply any specific usage instructions to your item. 

PRODUCTS

As a disclaimer, viewing products online is a totally different experience to purchasing in store, please be aware that by purchasing the product, you agree to the disclaimer presented by Clai Naturals, that all items used in our products available are reflected as true of a match as possible to the ingredients stated.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Clai Naturals withhold the right to make amendments to pricing at any given time. Once adjustments have been made to pricing, the new pricing will be effective immediately. Stock availability may vary, Clai Naturals obtain full responsibility for maintaining honest stock levels at all times. Clai Naturals withhold the right to cancel an order on the occasion of availability discrepancies and are not obligated to offer compensation. OUR CONTRACT

A contract of our services between the company ‘Clai Naturals’ and yourself as the customer is initiated once the order has been confirmed as dispatched. When placing your order, you will receive a link to a software that will allow you to view and track the progress of your order request; only until your order has been confirmed as dispatched, will we accept the liability of a legally binding contract. 

ACCESSING THE SITE AND ACCOUNT SECURITY 

All users who enter into the site and begin using its services are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated. Each user has full access to navigate around the site as a guest and will be prompted to create an account if placing an order. All accounts require personal information including but not limited to, your full name, email address, home address, telephone number, date of birth etc. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account information’s privacy. Account information may be accessed and stored by Clai Naturals at any time.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

When creating an account with Clai Naturals, you give consent to an automated subscription. If you wish to opt out of a subscription please email hello@clainaturals.com

LIMITS ON PURCHASE

Clai Naturals withhold the right to enforce limitations on any purchases processed if they feel it is necessary. This may be in the form of delaying an order fulfilment, cancelling an order, etc.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major payment providers including, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Shopify pay, Apple pay We also accept payments via Paypal Express.

Clai Naturals do not store any debit/credit card information.

PROHIBITIONS

Any misuse of the site is strictly prohibited; this includes but is not limited to technologically harmful viruses or bugs/worms that have a direct effect on the function of the site and our customers user experience. Any remote level of harassment, spam or advertisements published on the site will receive legal action.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND SALES

From time to time, Clai Naturals may engage in occasional promotions and or sales on content. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other type of sale offer or promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all promotional and discounted items are strictly non refundable.

CUSTOMS/DUTY

Clai Naturals are not responsible for the clearance of customs fees/duty charged against shipments sent to us. If customs clearance payment is required, we will write to you with the amount needing to be paid, and send a PayPal invoice for Payment to Clai. Once payment has been cleared, we will pay the courier/postal service for your shipment to be released to us.
