Directions for Use:

1. Apply the oil generously to your scalp and hair 3 times a week. 2 times a week is an absolute minimum. 

2. Massage gently for 15 minutes to boost circulation.

3. Leave the oil in for at least 3 hours. 

4. If possible, spend 10 minutes in sunlight to enhance absorption.

5. Rinse thoroughly with a chemical-free shampoo.
