USAGE & DOSE

There is no need to take this remedy daily unless you are exposed to such toxins on a daily basis. This remedy covers all of that listed below. Ideally, it is important to physically reduce toxic exposure, in which case, you would only need to take this remedy when exposure is high. For example a chlorine pool, large public spaces/crowds, synthetic scents, chemtrail heavy days, microplastics, artificial light, radiation, airports, EMF heavy days, off gassing from new furniture, especially new cars, solvents, a trip to the dentist, synthetic clothing etc. 

The fact is, you cannot avoid all toxins 100%. You CAN reduce your load and you CAN use an antidote like this one to offset the harms, whilst you live, love and enjoy life! :)

As a very low tox family, we use this 2x a week. If your exposure is high, if this is for children who go to school daily, please consider using it every other day.

On holiday, use it daily, 3 days before flying.

The dose is 3 drops x 2 per day. 20 minutes away from food, drink and strong smells.
